PowerCARD is the flagship electronic payment solution of HPS, a specialist cards and payments Software Company

that currently serves over 320 financial institutions in some 70 countries across all 5 continents. PowerCARD is
special because it is a single piece of software that covers the entire payments value chain of Issuing, Acquiring &
Switching in one global platform. This is important for two reasons; first, it means that change can be implemented
faster and at lower cost and second; it enables payments innovation by allowing new products to be brought to
market more easily.
The PowerCARD software does this using a modern and flexible technology architecture that is increasingly being seen as the future for the payments industry. EMV and PA-DSS compliant, PowerCARD is fully integrated
with all international payment networks such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, Japan
Credit Bureau (JCB) and China Union Pay (CUP) and facilities global connectivity and worldwide payments
acceptance.
PowerCARD processes any card type (credit, debit, prepaid, loyalty, corporate and fuel) via any channel
(ATM, POS, internet, mobile) for any kind of merchant. Our technology also supports all the back-office
functions associated with running a payments business – examples include fraud management, chargeback
processing, intelligent switching, device driving, risk management, clearing, settlement & reporting.
Because our technology is a truly integrated suite of solutions, it is easy to implement and importantly, is easy
